★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto troppo scarso...Ogni volta per fare un acquisto è sempre un problema: file, prezzi, card, casse, commessi. Il tutto è gestito come 20 anni fa...carta, penna(chiaramente è un’estremizzazione del ragionamento) e di persona. Lista nascita non visualizzabile da internet, nessun controllo di quello che succede sulla lista quindi accrediti e da parte di chi. Abbiamo fatto brutte figure senza fine...non ci avvisano!!! Non parlo di quando non funzionano i terminali (quel poco di moderno che c’è)...assurdo.
Ogni volta che veniamo non vediamo l’ora di andar via...possibile? Bah...
 All too scarce ... Every time to make a purchase it is always a problem: files, prices, cards, cash registers, salesmen. Everything is managed like 20 years ago ... paper, pen (clearly it is an extreme reasoning) and in person. Birth list not viewable from the internet, no check of what happens on the list, then credits and by whom. We did a bad figure without end ... they don't warn us !!! I'm not talking about when the terminals don't work (what little modernity there is) ... absurd.
Every time we come we can't wait to leave ... is it possible? Bah...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo negozio, ci sono stato per dei capi premaman e c'è una buona scelta a prezzi molto onesti. Anzi, approfittando dei saldi ho fatto degli ottimi acquisti. Per di più personale molto disponibile e cordiale.
Excellent shop, I have been there for maternity clothes and there is a good choice at very fair prices. Indeed, taking advantage of the sales I made some excellent purchases. What is more, very helpful and friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in questo negozio per effettuare un buono per una lista nascita e mi hanno fatto uscire con uno scontrino in mano senza nemmeno un cartonciono....MAH...mai vista una roba simile.
Vorrei capire come ci si presenta a casa delle persone con lo scontrino?
trovo questo servizio davvero pessimo, l'addetta alla cassa mi ha detto che avrebbe provveduto a mandare un email, cose da pazzi. devo mettere per forza una stella ma avrei dato volentieri uno zero.
I went to this shop to get a voucher for a birth list and they let me out with a receipt in my hand without even a carton .... MAH ... never seen anything like that.
I would like to understand how people with a receipt appear at home?
I find this service really bad, the cashier told me she would send an email, crazy stuff. I have to put a star but I would have gladly given a zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prodotti sono perfetti così come i commessi nei vari reparti ma i cassieri sono a dir poco incompetenti. Per due volte ho fatto acquisti presso il negozio del parco commerciale di Giugliano in Campania: la prima volta togliendo l’anti taccheggio hanno creato un buco nel vestito appena comprato e la seconda volta non hanno tolto l’anti taccheggio dal marsupio (ha anche suonato all’uscita e mi è stato detto di uscire senza problemi) costringendomi a tornare il giorno dopo. Sicuramente non interesserà ma io non farò più acquisti presso questo negozio
The products are perfect as are the shop assistants in the various departments but the cashiers are incompetent to say the least. Twice I shopped at the shop in the Giugliano business park in Campania: the first time by removing the anti-shoplifting they created a hole in the dress I just bought and the second time they did not remove the anti-shoplifting from the pouch (it also rang exiting and I was told to get out without problems) forcing me to come back the next day. It sure won't matter but I won't be shopping at this store again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato in questo negozio una sola volta ma sono rimasto colpito dalla cordialità e professionalità del personale soprattutto quello in cassa. Se ne dovessi avere bisogno sicuramente ci ritornerò.
I have been in this shop only once but I was struck by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff especially the one at the checkout. If I need it I will definitely return.

Ho telefonato per informazioni circa la consegna, ma non si sa che fine abbia fatto il prodotto.
Dicono sia difficile da trovare, scusa che dopo più di 40 giorni è complicato da credere.
Per fortuna che il carrozzino l'ho comprato altrove.
