★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still my favorite hotel in the world. The service is impeccable. The rooms are elegant. The seaside deck is unbeatable. I look forward to breakfast ever morning with variety that runs the gamut from traditional breakfast fare to lunch selections like Caprese salad and gelato. After 8 visits, I never tire of this magical place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No words can describe the beautiful almost painted views that you get anywhere you stand from this amazing hotel. The service you receive is that of a 5 star hotel, going above and beyond. The location is ideal to capture the rich culture of the Amalfi Coast- nothing to regret here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of our favorites. We love the staff and how welcoming and accommodating they are. The restaurants are all outstanding. The hotel could benefit from updating some of the rooms. Furniture quite uncomfortable. The Spa needs a better location or better soundproofing. It tends to be a bit noisy. Also, the staff needs to be more flexible with regards to the clients' needs. For example, some people need more than a 50 minute massage.

Breathtaking views of the coast, exceptional breakfast on the terrace and staff were just so friendly especially down on the beach deck - topping up your water and offering fresh towels. After being upgraded on arrival, special mention to Simone who upgraded us again to a Junior Suite for our last night with a very large jacuzzi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I visited Santa Caterina Hotel for our honeymoon and we were amazed not only by the beauty of the hotel, but by the over and above service and attentiveness of the entire staff. We highly recommend Santa Caterina Hotel to anyone looking to spend an amazing time in the Amalfi Coast. We will absolutely be visiting again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I treated my husband to a stay here for his birthday and did not regret! Everyone was attentive and so kind. The hotel itself was very upscale, clean, and room was fabulous! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return. We were there in October; pool is heated and was still open.
Also, if you get a chance to eat at the restaurant, please do- my husband still talks about his meal! Delish!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a fantastic stay at the Santa Catarina Amalfi. This is truly a 5 star hotel experience and just a beautiful building and grounds. The view is incredible, the staff are friendly and always there when you need them. The breakfast is excellent, it’s a large buffet spread and a small made to order menu that’s included as well. The restaurant where the breakfast is located has an incredible view with an outdoor covered terrace with a nice breeze and shade. The beach club is a beautiful spot, all of the loungers and umbrellas are solid wood and nice padding. The service there is great with towels and water at a minimum, the staff is there if you want them and leave you alone if you don’t. There is no actual beach, there are large patios built into the cliff face and ladders or stairs to get into the sea for a swim. The pool is warm and is salt water. The view from the loungers is very nice, there is a lot of boat traffic as it’s on the way towards Capri and Positano. It’s not super noisy but there will be boats going by all day. The hotel shuttle is convenient and a short ride which runs every half hour. The two times we shuttled into town they just took us and didn’t require we wait. We actually walked into town and back most times for the exercise. It’s not a crazy walk, but going back up is a little challenging. You also have some road exposure maybe 1/2 km that can be unsettling with the cars and buses driving by.
