★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come tutto in costiera è caro. Io personalmente ho parcheggiato la mia auto personale tutto il mese e ho fatto l'abbonamento al servizio di autobus pubblico. Il problema vero sono i parcheggi...una volta noleggiata l'auto, resta l'incubo parcheggio, ti costa quanto andare in autobus è tornare in taxi.
 Like everything on the coast it is expensive. I personally parked my personal car all month and I signed up for the public bus service. The real problem is the parking ... once the car is rented, the parking nightmare remains, it costs you how much to go by bus is to return by taxi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're travelling to Positano (or close by) you need to do this. The operator (Salvatore) was extremely responsive to emails and arranged drivers for us at a reasonable fee without any issue.
The drivers themselves were pleasant and knowledgeable, it was almost as if it was a guided tour.
The vehicles were new spacious luxury vans.
I really can't recommend this strongly enough... it is well worth the money and was the easiest part of getting to our destination and back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As someone new to Naples and Amalfi area, Salvatore was perfectly able to have a driver ready for us immediately when we landed at the Naples airport AND he helped us tremendously with a 3am pickup from Amalfi to get back to the airport for our departure. Although his name escapes me, the driver we had for both trips was GREAT and I cannot recommend Amalfi Car Serice enough!
