★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Run by an amazing young couple. She's the chef and he mans the floor. Amazing food, freshly caught fish (that you can pick out yourself) and great service. If you visit Amalfi don't miss this gem! Perfect for a lovely dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al Cancelletto is located at the edge of a quiet, beautiful square; this is a hidden gem away from the main street of Amalfi. The staff are wonderfully attentive and friendly, and the food is consistently some of the best my partner and I have had in Italy. The restaurant is clean, cosy and has an amicable atmosphere about it.
Their fish of the day is fresh and they bring it out to you at the start to show you the options available. We've had two meals here and both times the food has been stunning.
One of the best restaurants to eat in at Amalfi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious pasta at this place, they have many options including vegetarian and pescatarian options. Prices are standard, not cheap but not overpriced. Staff was lovely, we had a great young man serving us who was very friendly and helpful.
Knocking one star off as portion sizes were a bit small, also, there are pretty much no vegan options when it came to the pasta.
