T	Tom Lu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't stay in room 101. We were disappointed with our stay. There are many issues we had with the room we got. We rented a standard room double/two twins. The room is tiny and I believe we got the smallest one. It was next to the elevator so in the morning it was loud and we can hear all the luggages rolling in the hallway and along the stairwell. We can also hear the constant slamming of the elevator door at 7:30 in the morning. The size of the bed is incredibly small and uncomfortable. It's one of those spring mattress and it's super small. I am 6 foot and my feet are dangling outside of the bed unless I sleep with my head all the way up to the headboard. A lot of the facilities in the room are also broken. The hair drier is broken, the shower door is broken, and the toilet didn't flush property. There was also a pair of used underwear in the armoire when we opened it, gross! On the plus side, we did really enjoy the location and the breakfast was good as well. The check in was fast and quick, and I felt the service staffs were overall very friendly. I believe perhaps if you stayed in a different room, then your experience would be much better.
D	Darryl Olson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel that serves its excellent breakfast on their top floor terrace which has great views! Clean, comfortable, cozy, quiet and modern rooms. The staff was attentive to our needs. Located in the heart of the Amalfi commercial area. It is a short walk from the ferry dock and the bus stop.
D	Dana Edsall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bed was comfortable, a little hard for Sher, perhaps, but tolerable. The room temperature was fine on hot days, with a functional and controllable A/C unit. There is a little outside noise during the night due to the proximity of so many restaurants. That restaurant proximity was amazing, though, at dinner time. The breakfast, continental with nice options, was set on the rooftop deck where we had a stunning view of Amalfi’s rooftops, the rocks around the city, and Ravella on the mountain above. Beautiful beginning to each day.
J	J Marinelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love love this hotel!!! The warmest of welcomes from Roseanna and Tiggy and you felt like they were awaiting your arrival!! The beds comfortable. Rooms spacious. Bathroom nice size and with a tub and plenty of hot water!! The breakfast had hot and cold food both. The freshest of pastries at breakfast with eggs and bacon for those looking for that as well as plenty of fruit to choose from too!! We even had a rooftop terrace to escape the streets and soak up the sun. One of the House keeping ladies went out of her way and found some towels for us to bring with us on that terrace too. A great find!!
V	Vidya Sathish on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is in the main shopping street of Amalfi and very close to the bus station and ferry dock. Hotel has nice vintage decorated rooms with spacious bathrooms. It has a nice terrace where they serve breakfast. It also has a small garden with lemon and orange trees. Note:if you are having heavy luggage you have to climb a fleet of steep stairs to reach the hotel. It has no sea view.
C	Carley Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Amalfi is conveniently fixed off the main street close to many nice restaurants, shops and the beach. The hotel includes a complimentary breakfast spread, a beautiful rooftop (which we got takeaway lunch and sat to avail of the beautiful views) and excellent staff happy to offer local recommendations on how and where to go all over the coast. The rooms are small, but very clean. Our only complaint would be the noise — you can hear everything, from the restaurant around the corner to other guests in the hallway or rummaging upstairs, the noise travels. However, for the price, it’s a great booking.

We had to check out at 6:30 am to catch our ride to the airport, and the staff prepared us a bag of goodies for breakfast one for my wife and one for myself just because we were going to miss the breakfast buffet. If I were to go to Amalfi again, this will be the place where I will stay!
