Excellent bikes for all levels (stong ebikes that you can power-adjust individually) and the different tours were easy to find after the perfect recommendation of the shop keeper. You could feel he is enthousiastic about the trails himself and was listening well to our preferences before suggesting us different options that were all amazing. Biking in the middle of little villages and olive trees - a great and easy way to experience La Toscana with Sangi ebike!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I had a fabulous day riding around the Tuscan countryside on e-bikes. The owner was so helpful and dropped/picked up the bikes off at our accommodation which was outside the main town.
We also rode a fair way so he offered for us to come by the shop and change the battery for our afternoon route so the charge didn't run out.
The most helpful part was the app they supplied with various routes of different lengths and difficulty to pick from. These circuits tended to keep us off the main roads and more on backroads which we much appreciated as foreigners!
Would happily recommend this experience to anyone. Also, the ebike is a necessity for anyone who is not an avid cyclist because the beauty of the Tuscan hills mean there are many hills to climb which would be tedious and painful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I strongly recommend this company based on owner Michael’s remarkable customer service—he went to extraordinary lengths to ensure that our group of six people had a successful bike tour after another rental shop in town (99% E-Bike SRL) failed to provide the bikes that we reserved. Fortunately for us, Michael was accommodating and resourceful, in addition to being cheerful, sincere, and dependable. Our fond memories of San Gimignano are due in part to the kindness of its people, as demonstrated heartily by Michael.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went on a guided tour with Mike, and honestly had the best day of our two week trip through Tuscany. It was great to be out of the car and around the countryside, the views were truly incredible. The e-bikes also made the trip a lot easier, and Mike was great company. Highly recommend.
