Non è stato possibile nemmeno sapere le informazioni o vedere in foto come era fatta l'unica bici che secondo il commesso si sarebbe potuta avvicinarsi alle mie richieste. Volevo inoltre regalare degli accessori per una bici per un mio amico e questi sono stati presi da un'altra bici usata di cui le viti erano rotte. Very slow service. Bereits am Telefon wurde ich sehr nett beraten und mit allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt (auf Englisch- das ist nicht immer zu erwarten) Vor Ort wurden passende Räder ausgesucht und sogar noch auf unsere Bedürfnisse angepasst. Das Ausleihen von Helmen wurde nicht zusätzlich in Rechnung gestellt. Dass wir die Räder gerne nach den offiziellen Öffnungszeiten abgeben wollten, stelle ebenfalls kein Problem dar. We can warmly recommend Ciclosport because their support made it an unforgettable day. Already on the phone I was given very nice advice and provided with all the important information (in English - that's not always to be expected) On site, suitable bikes were selected and even adapted to our needs. There was no additional charge for renting helmets. The fact that we wanted to hand over the bikes after the official opening times was also not a problem.

There is no sign saying what time it is open and no way to leave a message when you phone. Very unimpressed. Needlessly losing out on business.

My bikes at home are Cervelo RS, Ridely CX and Kona, the guys picked out a 56 carbon SRAM (? SRAM ? not Campags !) road bike. It rode well, nice n smooth, enjoyed the Tuscan rolling hills and some biggish climbs, and even got to appreciate SRAM ! Price was very reasonable and the returns was equally easy. Recommended and will be back myself.

We were told they were open till 1300 on Saturday which is when we were to return our bikes, we showed up at 1100 and there was a newly written sign saying closed in Saturday. Also closed Sunday and Monday. Would certainly not rent from them again. What a hassle.
