Edificio con origini sicuramente molto antiche, spicca esternamente soprattutto per il bellissimo campanile in mattoni a vista. Internamente l'abbondanza di orpelli architettonici ed affreschi la rendono un piccolo gioiello che vale assolutamente la pena di visitare. Catholic church built in a beautiful Romanesque style and located a short distance from the highly visited Patheon. Building with certainly very ancient origins, it stands out externally especially for the beautiful brick bell tower. Internally, the abundance of architectural tinsel and frescoes make it a small jewel that is absolutely worth visiting.

All'entrata c''era un monaco poi presentatosi come padre Daniel che ci ha fatto vedere l'interno della stessa e siamo rimasti stupiti per l'atmosfera e la cordialita' che si respira in questo luogo sacro. Ci ritorneremo per assistere alla Messa. We were taking a walk in the center of Rome yesterday afternoon when our attention on Via delle Coppelle stopped on this magnificent Byzantine style church. At the entrance there was a monk who then introduced himself as Father Daniel who showed us the inside of the same and we were amazed by the atmosphere and the friendliness that reigns in this sacred place. We will return to attend Mass.
