E’ previsto un importante intervento di restauro, finanziato dalla Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Pistoia e Pescia e dal comune di Pistoia che permetterà di rendere il complesso fruibile alla città.
San Jacopo in Castellare is a monument of great interest and historical value. Its construction dates back to the 9th century, close to the first wall circle. An important restoration is planned, funded by the Cassa di Risparmio di Pistoia and Pescia Foundation and by the municipality of Pistoia which will make it possible to make the complex usable in the city.
