Proprio all'inizio della visita e devo ancora andare a pagare!!
Visit scheduled for Good Friday at 7.50. Very delicate specialist visit. I find a bumpkin at the entrance to the parking lot who calls at me shouting a "look here I told you" to say that I had to follow the direction of his arm (public parking, there is no need for a bumpkin). The cash desks are open but the path to first examine the green pass should open at 7.45 but you have employees open at 7.50 !! Right at the beginning of the visit and I still have to go to pay !! And they even phoned me to tell me to arrive well in advance !! The rather arrogant doctor. The picture is complete. Sin. The SMOM with its principle of obsequium pauperum should throw a more watchful eye on this structure

NEGATIVO IN TUTTO!!!!!!!!!!!
Very bad experience in all facilities, food, courtesy of staff, physiotherapy, general cleaning and staff leave a lot to be desired. If they call their answer we are always doing the other rooms when we get here we do it. They do not think that if they work and earn money it is because we hospitalized people give them this opportunity.
NEGATIVE IN EVERYTHING !!!!!!!!!!! I do not recommend this structure to anyone as an inpatient ... maybe as an outpatient clinic ....

Negative reception at best! My daughter had a very bad car accident on November 15 and after 25 days of resuscitation at San Camillo and another 18 in the ward, always at San Camillo, in which doctors and primary care workers have expressly requested the presence of the family member as much as possible for a quick recovery of the patient, what happened, on December 27, yesterday, my daughter transferred me to San Giovanni Battista for neuromotor rehabilitation. From 8 hours with her, yesterday they completely forbade me to see her, sorry for COVID, because I said we were also super checked in the other hospital, especially in intensive care! Plus my daughter had a swab before leaving San Camillo. But outside, waiting for nothing, a COVID patient is discharged who has loaded an entire move into his car through a completely covered nurse with an anti-COVID structure, while the doctor passed the discharge to the relatives who had welcomed the patient in the car a few centimeters away. distance with barely the masks .... I think the COVID situation is exploited extensively while leaving ample freedom to the well-paying patient, to the detriment of those who should receive psychological support

The hospital is located a stone's throw from Muratella station. Unfortunately, if you arrive by public transport, you have to go a part of the road without a sidewalk. A fairly quiet hospital. There aren't many people. And the waiting time was minimal. The staff was very professional in their work.

β β β β β I want to take a moment to write about my experience at Ospedale S. Giovanni Battista. My Aunt resides in Rome and had a very serious stroke. We were able to get her into rehabilitation for 6 weeks. I have to sing the praises of Dr.ssa Anna Galluccio. Anna Galluccio went above and beyond for my Aunt while she was at Malta. She was amazing and made all of the difference. The rehabilitation staff and the volunteers did all they could to help my Aunt make progress with strength and movement. Thank you to you all.

β β β β β Nice hospital, clean and well presented. It is far from city and there are many ways to get there (bus and bus). But there is an issue when you walk bus stop to/from hospital, people needs to walk under small/narrow bridge not for pedestrians this bridge is for regional train ( unsafe and dangerous). I spent short time doing what I went for but there were many people of different ages. While waiting to get attended , I heard couple of ladies saying they've waiting for over 2hrs, not sure if booking on phone before going helps or what.
