Non merita manco una stella. Mio padre è andato a fare un tampone molecolare (60€) oggi (07/01/2021) alle 11.30. Dopo aver pagato 100€ (2 note di 50€) ha detto alla signora che stava alla reception di prendere soldi anche per altri due tamponi rapidi (30€) dal resto (40€) . Lei continuava a dire che non le avevamo pagato . Dopo averle dato due note da 50€!!! E continuava a dire che non è registrato il pagamento. Prima di tutto devo dire che la responsabilità di registrare i pagamenti è SUA non nostra!! Non può dare la colpa ai clienti. E anche solo perché non siamo Italiani. È stata troppo scortese con noi. Continuava a dire davanti a tutti che non avevamo pagato. Alla fine aveva notato che c'erano due note da 50€ a parte e ci ha dato il resto dopo aver fatto tutta quella scena. Comunque non ha accettato che ha sbagliato e non ha smesso di dire che il pagamento non era registrato dando la colpa a noi. PESSIMO SERVIZIO!! ZERO EDUCAZIONE!!
It doesn't even deserve a star. My father went for a molecular swab (60 €) today (07/01/2021) at 11.30. After paying 100 € (2 notes of 50 €) he told the lady who was at the reception to take money for two more quick swabs (30 €) from the rest (40 €). She kept saying we hadn't paid her. After giving her two notes of 50 € !!! And he kept saying that the payment is not recorded. First of all I must say that the responsibility of recording the payments is HIS not ours !! Can't blame the customers. And also just because we are not Italians. She was too rude to us. He kept saying in front of everyone that we hadn't paid. Eventually he noticed that there were two 50 € notes apart and gave us the change after doing that whole scene. However he did not accept that he was wrong and did not stop saying that the payment was not recorded and blaming us. BAD SERVICE !! ZERO EDUCATION !!

C'è da rimanere attoniti. Mio padre si è salvato per il rotto della cuffia: un intero reparto di terapia intensiva in mano ad ANESTESISTI, ripeto, ANESTESISTI. Un tale tommaso crudeli che di fronte a uno scompenso cardiaco somministra morfina, d'altronde quello sanno fare gli anestesisti. Incompetenza sistemica, infermieri da film dell'orrore, dietro tutto l'inquietante gruppo garofalo, che ama i grembiuini e risparmia sui pazienti. Andate in un ospedale pubblico, per carità, almeno incompetenti per incompetenti, nell'utic ci mettono i cardiologi e gli internisti. Da ispezione ministeriale.

Such a cruel Thomas who in the face of heart failure administers morphine, on the other hand what anesthesiologists know how to do. Centro di riferimento a Roma per tutte le patologie vascolari. In particolare i reparti di Radiologia diagnostica, Cardiologia e Cardiochirurgia sono guidati da uno staff medico di alta competenza e professionalità. Struttura pulita, silenziosa e ordinata. Personale gentile. Consigliato

L'accoglienza all'ingresso in struttura lascia un po' a desiderare. Il personale, anziché dedicare qualche secondo per capire cosa l'utente deve fare per poi indirizzarlo meglio, indica a tutti di andare nello stesso posto. Quindi siamo passati da un posto all'altro, Cup, sala d'attesa e ufficio ricoveri senza sapere dove andare nonostante spiegasse che cosa era già stato fatto il giorno precedente. Per il resto nulla da dire. Il personale medico e paramedico molto disponibili e professionali.

L'ospedale si trova sulla via Portuense. L'ambiente esterno anche se immerso nel verde non e molto curato. Il personale alla reception non e molto disponibile. Per ogni domanda di richiesta di informazione rispondono con monosillabi. Il personale sanitario competente ed attento agli dettagli. La struttura rispetta le misure anti COVID-19.
The hospital is located on via Portuense. The external environment, even if surrounded by greenery, is not very well cared for. The reception staff are not very helpful. For each request for information, they answer with monosyllables. Competent and attentive to details healthcare staff. The structure respects the anti COVID-19 measures.

European Hospital has the rudest directors or people of authority that I have ever experienced. The location is nice to see from the outside, but the staff treat people as if they are a problem. Needed to acquire 2 people for PCR COVID test in order to fly out. They guarantee 48 hour results to test. Did not receive results in 48 hours, did not receive results in 72 hours, did not receive results in 96 hours. We were not allowed to fly out, so not only lost flight and had to reschedule flight for following week. The cost to rebook 600Euros. Tried to call European Hospital from airport for 2and half hours but no one answers the phone and when they did we were put on hold and then a few minutes later the line gets disconnected. Now flight is lost, another taxi fare back to Rome, another expense. Continued to call the same day and the day after to no satisfaction. Finally got to speak with live person after two days of calling only to be told that they did send the results by email but could not say when the emails were sent but would investigate and advise. Another day goes by and no reply. Having given them not one but two email addresses still no results by email. Since no results from numerous phone calls we went personally to the hospital and waited for two hours to finally speak to the hospital director. The woman was the most ignorant and rudest person that I have ever met. Saying that the email results were sent out, late but that is not their fault, but probably the internet. We paid for a service and received nothing but aggravation and treated extremely bad. I would not recommend this place even for an aspirin. There is still more details to this irresponsible manner of something that should be easily done. Maybe the medical staff maybe good but the administration staff at the top should be thrown out as soon as possible. Miss Director, you know who you are!!!!!!!!!!!!

They advertise as a hospital with specialty care where patients can also come from outside of Italy. However, when I called to try and make a consultation, there was no English spoken and the hospital operator hung up on me when I could not communicate with her. It is impossible to find emails for the different departments, so I sent emails requesting an appointment to the central contact email for consultation and potentially a course of therapy offered by the hospital. I have sent over 15 emails between one year ago and today. Never has European Hospital acknowledged or replied. Obviously, within one full year, I have given plenty of time between attempts. More than 15 emails with zero response. Never have I experienced such disgraceful behavior from a medical facility. However, reading some other reviews for the last three months, it seems poor response or lack of response is common, who would ever want to have care at a hospital which doesn’t is non-responsive to the patients?

Nice hospital with pleasant rooms but utterly disorganized. No clear work process in place in the various areas including pre-op, post-op and admin. Was left post op in my room with bell out of reach on 2 occasions. Freezing cold op rooms had a sore throat within 24 hours post op. Lots of ppl complaining some threatening to sue. You need a consultant to go through several of the work processes and create a clear concise workflow to ensure things run smoothly.
