Luogo facilmente raggiungibile con il treno è poi scesi alla fermata gemelli si arriva facilmente a piedi. La struttura è molto pulita e ben organizzata, sono presenti inoltre vari servizi come bar, mensa ed altro. Offre numerosi servizi sanitari. Personale molto gentile, preparato e disponibile. Professionalità molto elevata. Essendo un servizio pubblico ossia con ticket al prezzo del servizio sanitario nazionale ed il nome di uno degli ospedali più importanti in Italia, sono presenti moltissimi pazienti. Inoltre è presente una navetta gratuita , che con orari prestabiliti, porta le persone dalla columbus al gemelli e viceversa. La cassa si trova al piano terra -1 ma facilmente raggiungibile sono presenti molti ascensori nuovi ed innovativo che a seconda dove bisogna andare porta la persona a destinazione. All'entrata reception fornisce informazioni, presenza e cortesia. L unica parte che andrebbe migliorata ma non è essenziale è il bar, sia per il personale che per la qualità di prodotti. Prodotti che andrebbero migliorati per offrire anche agli accompagnatori e quindi non solo al personale, momenti di piacere per affrontare nel modo migliore la permanenza. Mentre il personale al banco sarebbe il caso, almeno nella giornata di giovedì mattina che ho incontrato, più maturo ed evitare battute sulle donne. Questo l aspetto meno positivo che se migliora diviene una struttura di grande eccellenza europea. Ma medici, infermieri ed organizzazione molto preparato e gentili. Fantastica struttura. Ovviamente non è arrivato nulla ed ora sono costretto a marmi 100 km e ore di traffico per via di una loro "Dimanticanza". Stendiamo un velo pietoso, ho fatto pure la prenotazione in regime privato. Inoltre rimane nel presidio un tale giovanni palazzoni, che ricordo bene essere stato indagato nel 2011 per avere ammazzato sulla sedia chemioterapica un paziente, regolando male il farmaco. Ci chiamano ogni giorno da oltre un mese, con pazienza ed una buona dose di empatia ed umanità, rispondono alle nostre domande e spiegano la situazione con chiarezza e molto garbo. Se mi chiedessero come andrebbe svolta la professione medica secondo il mio punto di vista, io risponderei prendendo come esempio questi dottori.
