Se non siete capaci di offrire un servizio semplicemente non fatelo. Dite a chiare lettere che per prenotare bisogna venire agli sportelli.

If you are unable to offer a service simply don't do it. Make it clear that to book you have to come to the counters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ospedale di dimensioni veramente ragguardevoli, ottimi alcuni reparti, veramente d'eccellenza, altri potrebbero essere gestiti meglio, come il pronto soccorso. Certo l'afflusso di pazienti è ininterrotto e il personale si prodiga, ma si potrebbe organizzare meglio. Le attese sono lunghissime. D'altronde è il risultato finale che conta.
Il parcheggio è caro.
Hospital of truly considerable size, some excellent departments, truly excellent, others could be managed better, such as the emergency room. Of course, the influx of patients is uninterrupted and the staff is doing their utmost, but it could be better organized. The waits are very long. On the other hand, it is the final result that counts.
Parking is expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent train station. Stayed nearby at the courtyard and took it to the Vatican everyday. Took it to the colosseum but I walk over a mile but the last quarter Mile was great walking towards it. Friendly cafe and clean. Good neighborhood. No hassle with people begging or selling. Does not hook up with Roma termino but ends nearby.
