★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sala d'aspetto priva di privacy....il personale dello sportello seppur gentile è costretto a urlare per farsi sentire, il posto ha un'acustica terribile...conseguenza i fatti personali sono di dominio pubblico.... oggi con mio figlio avevo una visita medica privata con appuntamento alle ore 14.00 sono entrata alle 14.42 se si chiede un appuntamento privato e perché non si ha tempo per aspettare altrimenti facevo con la mutua.... due medici poco cordiali....i questionari di gradimento non erano disponibili pur essendoci le urne ho dovuto richiederli.....guarda un po'....42 minuti di attesa pur avendo l'appuntamento....parcheggio 4 posti....quindi cercarsi pure quello. Bagni rotti abbiamo usato quello per disabili che per fortuna funzionava. Tutto sommato credo non ci torneremo più.
Waiting room with no privacy .... the staff at the counter, albeit kind, is forced to scream to make themselves heard, the place has terrible acoustics ... consequently the personal facts are in the public domain .... today with my son I had a private medical appointment with an appointment at 2.00 pm I entered at 2.42 pm if I asked for a private appointment and because there is no time to wait otherwise I did with the mutual ... two unfriendly doctors .... the satisfaction questionnaires were not available although there are the ballot boxes I had to request them ..... look a bit .... 42 minutes of waiting while having the appointment .... parking 4 places .... so look for that too. Broken bathrooms we used the disabled one which luckily worked. All in all I don't think we will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima organizzazione. A cosa servono i posti a sedere se poi la gente è obbligata a stare in piedi per fare la fila? A cosa serve un cartello per la privacy se poi urlano i tuoi dati personali da dietro il vetro? Eppoi nell'ambulatorio neanche una sedia per il paziente!!!
Bad organization. What are seats for if people are forced to stand in line? What is the use of a privacy sign if they scream your personal data from behind the glass? And then in the surgery not even a chair for the patient !!!
