★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se ti affidi a una struttura privata pretendi che ci sia almeno la puntualità negli appuntamenti fissati. Sono entrato 45 minuti dopo l'orario fissato telefonicamente. Sono stato accolto con una maleducazione incredibile dal medico che mi ha visitato sbrigativamente.
Non sono abituato a lasciare recensioni, ma in questo caso l'esperienza è stata veramente pessima. Non mi affiderò mai più a questa struttura
If you rely on a private facility, you expect that there is at least punctuality in the scheduled appointments. I entered 45 minutes after the scheduled time by phone. I was greeted with incredible rudeness by the doctor who hastily examined me.
I'm not used to leaving reviews, but in this case the experience was really bad. I will never rely on this facility again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È la prima volta che vengo in questo centro e devo dire che ho trovato un eccellente servizio, sono entrata alle 8,40 e alle 8,50 ero già al parcheggio, servizio effettuato in tempi rapidissimi e risultato pronto entro 2/3 giorni. Aggiungo personale molto cordiale e accogliente , specialmente Cinzia ed Eleonora.
It is the first time that I come to this center and I must say that I found an excellent service, I entered at 8.40 and at 8.50 I was already at the parking, service carried out very quickly and result ready within 2/3 days. I add very friendly and welcoming staff, especially Cinzia and Eleonora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura con medici molto preparati e cortesi, il personale cordiale. Tempi d'attesa certe volte un po' troppo lunghi. L'infermiera Cinzia molto gentile e professionale.
Structure with very trained and courteous doctors, friendly staff. Waiting times sometimes a little too long. The nurse Cinzia very kind and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ se potessi dare 0 stelle lo farei. sono stata 30 minuti al telefono per essere trattata male dalla segretaria? dovevo prenotare rm e rx per mio padre, un paziente ONCOLOGICO!! leggendo la ricetta non voleva sentire giustificazioni. ma se sulla ricetta non c'è il motivo, dato che l'ha fatta una terapista delle cure palliative!, c'è bisogno di mettere giù il telefono? maleducazione livelli massimi e con questo ho detto tutto.
if i could give 0 stars i would. I was on the phone 30 minutes to be treated badly by the secretary? I had to book rm and rx for my father, a cancer patient !! reading the recipe he didn't want to hear justifications. but if there is no reason on the prescription, given that a palliative care therapist made it !, do we need to put the phone down? rudeness maximum levels and with that I said it all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver letto tante opinioni contrastanti sono rimasto piacevolmente soddisfatto dall'efficienza della struttura. Mi sono presentato 15 minuti prima dell'appuntamento, come suggerito al momento della prenotazione, non ho dovuto attendere per eseguire il test (risonanza magnetica) e dopo neanche mezz'ora avevo il referto.
Ambiente elegante, curato e pulito.
After reading so many conflicting opinions I was pleasantly satisfied with the efficiency of the structure. I showed up 15 minutes before the appointment, as suggested at the time of booking, I did not have to wait to perform the test (magnetic resonance) and after less than half an hour I had the report.
Elegant, well-kept and clean environment.

Peccato non si possa dire altrettanto del personale del front desk in accettazione. Sbrigative, sommarie nelle informazioni e soprattutto per quale motivo non accettano impegnative in formato digitale? Se così, utile comunicarlo bene al pubblico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente non riesco a dare un significato a tutte le recensioni che si lamentano dei Tempi di attesa al telefono. Mi domando:" avete mai provato a chiamare una qualche altra struttura ?"
Mezz'ora di attesa è ancora poco in confronto ad altri.
È capitata anche a me qualche segretaria sbrigativa ma è accettabile vista la mole di pazienti che hanno.
Appuntamenti veloci quasi sempre entro 2 settimane se non prima.
Ho avuto l'occasione di andarci per molte visite:
Rx,risonanze,ecografie,visite cardiologiche e molto altro. Mi è capitato qualche ritardo (20 minuti)ma nel complesso sono sempre in orario.
Referti in pochi giorni se si ha fretta e si aspetta 1 oretta si hanno anche in giornata.
Struttura pulitissima, personale competente gentile e preparato. Alcuni medici più simpatici di altri ma non è la simpatia che conta bensi la professionalità che non manca a nessuno.

I honestly can't make sense of all the reviews that complain about waiting times on the phone. I ask myself: "Have you ever tried to call any other structure?"
Half an hour of waiting is still little compared to others.
Some hasty secretaries have also happened to me but it is acceptable given the amount of patients they have.
Quick appointments almost always within 2 weeks if not sooner.
I have had the opportunity to go there for many visits:
Rx, resonances, ultrasounds, cardiological visits and much more. I have had some delay (20 minutes) but overall I am always on time.
Reports in a few days if you are in a hurry and expect 1 hour you can also get them within the day.
Very clean facility, competent, kind and prepared staff. Some doctors are more sympathetic than others but it is not the sympathy that counts but the professionalism that is not lacking in anyone.
