Dopo qualche mese si presenta un problema, contatto officina e al fromt office trovo la sig.ra Lucia che con gentilezza e competenza mi spiega la normale procedura del caso.Vengo comunque indirizzato al capo meccanici e anch'egli si è dimostrata persona gentile e attenta ai bisogni dell'utenza. PROBLEMA RISOLTO E GRAZIE ALLA GARANZIA FORD COSTO DELL'INTERVENTO ZERO. GRAZIE A TUTTI

After a few months a problem arises, I contact the workshop and at the fromt office I find Mrs. Lucia who with kindness and competence explains the normal procedure of the case. I am however addressed to the head mechanics and he too has proved to be a kind and attentive person to the needs of users. PROBLEM SOLVED AND THANKS TO THE FORD WARRANTY ZERO COST OF INTERVENTION. THANK YOU ALL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabato 9 ottobre verso le ore 17,30 Io e mia moglie ci fermiamo presso la concessionaria in via Valcamonica. La nostra intenzione è di vedere da vicino la nuova Kuga per un eventuale imminente acquisto.
Gentilissima la signorina all' ingresso, che nonostante noi non avessimo appuntamento, Ci ha fatto accomodare a guardare la vettura nell'attesa che si liberasse uno dei vostri venditori. Nel giro di una ventina di minuti, in tre si sono liberati, ma solo su richiesta coi dato delle informazioni abbastanza sommarie. Alla richiesta di mia moglie di farci un preventivo scritto, ci ha detto che avremmo trovato tutti i prezzi sul sito.

Saturday 9 October around 5.30 pm My wife and I stop at the dealership in via Valcamonica. Our intention is to have a close look at the new Kuga for a possible imminent purchase.
Dear lady at the entrance, who even though we didn't have an appointment, made us sit down and look at the car while waiting for one of your salesmen to be released. Within about twenty minutes, three of them freed themselves, but only upon request with the data of rather summary information. At my wife's request for a written quote, she told us that we would find all the prices on the site.
