L	Luigi Esposito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo comprato un audi a3 di 10 mesi di vita appena ritirata aria condizionata scarica chiamato subito mi rispondono la porti lunedì che controlliamo portata auto ferma una settimana riconsegnata e dopo 6 mesi ancora stesso problema la riporto la tengono ancora una settimana e mi dicono che anno caricato aria condizionata senza trovare nulla riportata ennesima volta stesso problema caricano impianto emi dicono sono 120 € ora il mio rammarico i soldi che ho pagato l'auto erano buoni o perdevano? O	OL TI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale di una scortesia che non ne parliamo, niente chiamo oggi in mattinata verso le 9 per una golf bianca e mi dicono che è disponibile, poi preso l’appuntamento per le 16 perche abitando a brescia ed essendo a lavoro in mattinata, andiamo la da brescia ad orzinuovi ci dice “aia venduta” non c’è più, quando in mattinata ci disse che era appena entrata, io dico una telefonata per avvisare guarda non è più disponibile no e?! In piu per i bonifici ecc ci voglio un paio di giorni quando diammine l’ha venduta, non si e nemmeno alzato dalla sedia per i clienti, per chiarire parlarne e perlomeno delle scuse. Sono del pensiero che un minimo di cortesia e rispetto non costa niente ma vabhe. 50 km andare 50 a tornare 100 km spreccati. Ma il tempo perso per niente, quando potevo vedere da un altra parta qualcos’altro visto che ho un problema. Sconsigliata come concessionaria, non mi sono mai sentito così offeso e preso in giro. Mai più qua. Niente giriamo l’angolo e la golf e dentro in officina. Va bhe zero onesta e professionalità.
