Ora, sono passati più di 50 anni, e non sono più riuscito a trovare quel sapore, fino a quando ho, per caso, acquistato un salame Varzi DOP della Gran Varzi e appena assaggiato, ho ritrovato il sapore antico che ricordavo. Trovo questo salame, semplicemente fantastico.
When I was a boy, my dad brought home some fantastic salami from the Varzi area. Now, more than 50 years have passed, and I have not been able to find that flavor anymore, until I, by chance, bought a Varzi DOP salami from Gran Varzi and as soon as I tasted, I found the ancient flavor I remembered. I find this salami simply fantastic.
