 Ham factory with ristobar: Artisan family business. I had lunch with excellent 20months ham. I visited an abundant seasoning warehouse and related sales outlet. Attractive price quality.

β β β β β Visitato il prosciuttificio di un'azienda di famiglia medio-piccola, spiegato con dovizia di particolari dal proprietario la procedura di stagionatura dei 12.000 prosciutti esposti, molto interessante e complimenti per la serietΓ inoltre, pranzato nel ristorante adiacente con ottime pietanze tra antipasti, primi e secondi a base di prosciutto locale......una goduria. Complimenti
Visited the ham factory of a medium-small family business, explained in great detail by the owner the curing procedure of the 12,000 hams on display, very interesting and congratulations for the seriousness, also had lunch in the adjacent restaurant with excellent dishes including appetizers, first courses and second courses based on local ham ... a pleasure. Well done
