Avevo chiesto un prosciutto di lunga stagionatura e mi ritrovo con un prodotto talmente fresco da risultare quasi malleabile e per di più grasso in una maniera inaccettabile. Il salame ordinato insieme talmente fresco da assomigliare ad un ciauscolo, accompagnato perfino dalla raccomandazione scritta di lasciarlo essiccare appeso. Questo è quanto ho ricevuto e questo recensisco. Ho cominciato a pensare quindi che per errore mi siano stati inviati prodotti in fase di stagionatura? Al momento ho deciso di non consumare il prodotto sperando che magari entro qualche mese la situazione migliori... Se passate da San Daniele una tappa è d’obbligo! Sono anni che conosciamo i prodotti di Coradazzi -ogni anno ricevo il loro prosciutto come graditissimo regalo di Natale dai miei cognati- ed è sempre al top! Anzi, ogni anno ho l’impressione che migliorino la qualità. Sapore e gusto inconfondibili. Sinceramente, la recensione negativa che ho letto, stona nettamente con le altre e, soprattutto, con la mia esperienza personale oramai consolidata. Continuate sempre così e a prestissimo! Purtroppo non c'è degustazione, ma si trovano già i pezzi pronti ad essere acquistati, la signora che ci serve è gentilissima e da consigli per la conservazione e la preparazione del prosciutto. Tutto bene. Faccio una considerazione generale per l'amministrazione comunale di San Daniele credo sarebbe utile dare un servizio più preciso sulle varie offerte che offre il territorio perché non è facile sfuggire dalle grosse industrie del prosciutto per chi vuole un prodotto più "artigianale".
