★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We showed up last minute and they were so accommodating. They gave us a really quick tour of their facilities. They also organise guided tours which you can book in advance. It's a small family run business - which is great and they're one of the only places that still dry the ham naturally. Would highly recommend!!
