Era sufficiente ascoltare il cliente e cercare una soluzione, loro l'hanno trovata.
Unica pecca è che purtroppo avevo già sostituito la mia auto l'anno precedente altrimenti sarei stato felice di acquistarla da loro, in quanto si sono dimostrati Persone professionali, disponibili ed affidabili.
Grazie! Tornerò sicuramente da voi (anche se siete distanti) per la manutenzione di entrambe le autovetture.

The only flaw is that unfortunately I had already replaced my car the previous year otherwise I would have been happy to buy it from them, as they proved to be professional, available and reliable people.

Mi sono recato per farmi sostituire il vetro anteriore della mia auto dopo che, mentre raggiungevo la zona di San Daniele per una vacanza, un sasso lo ha crepato; nonostante fosse la settimana di ferragosto in 1 giorno hanno ordinato il vetro ed in un'altra giornata me l'hanno sostituito. Consigliatissimo!
Excellent experience in this service center, courtesy and professionalism are at home. I went to have the front window of my car replaced after a stone cracked it while I was reaching the San Daniele area for a holiday; although it was the week of August in 1 day they ordered the glass and on another day they replaced it for me. Highly recommended!
