In just 3 days I collected my Picasso Cialdissima, under warranty, fully functional. Absolutely excellent friendliness and professionalism.
s	sabatino bianco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi, mercoledì 6 marzo alle ore 11.00 circa telefono alla sede di Via Pigna e dopo diversi minuti di attesa con la segreteria telefonica , mi risponde una signora , che presumo sia la proprietaria del centro o , comunque , una persona di famiglia, perché solo una persona che non ha nulla da temere per il suo posto di lavoro alza la cornetta del telefono e dice: "Al banco ho molte persone, per qualsiasi cosa vada sul sito , non le posso rispondere ed attacca!" Diciamo che dovevo restare al telefono per non più di trenta secondi per programmare un incontro col titolare per una serie di acquisti e di relativi contratti di assistenza per una società . Ho chiamato presso altra azienda la cui cortesia è stata palese e con cui di sicuro verrà effettuata la contrattazione. Evito giudizi ed aggettivi. Solo Buon Lavoro. Today, Wednesday, March 6 at about 11:00 am phone at the headquarters of Via Pigna and after several minutes of waiting with the answering machine, a lady answers me, which I assume is the owner of the center or, anyway, a family person, because only one person who has nothing to fear for his job raises the phone and says: "At the desk I have many people, for anything you go on the site, I can not answer and attack!" Let's say I had to stay on the phone for no more than thirty seconds to schedule a meeting with the owner for a series of purchases and related service contracts for a company. I called to another company whose courtesy was clear and with which the bargaining will certainly be carried out. I avoid judgments and adjectives. Only Good Job.
s	sara del gaudio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per me non va bene una stella ma Zero stelle anch'io ho riscontrato,come da precedente recensione,che la signora assume un attegiamento di superbia,scontrosita', arroganza,per via non tema di essere licenziata ma ....con il passa parola o le recensioni negative, i clienti cosi'si perdono facilmente! Purtroppo non c' era al banco l'addetto che se non erro e' al pomeriggio( garbato ed educato). Inoltre anche il Titolare,al ritiro della stirella, non fu poi cosi' gentile con me, visto che entrata una cliente(bella ragazza) sorrisi e piena disponibilita'...Sconsiglio per i modi e l' attesa di mesi per una riparazione For me, a star is not good but Zero stars I too found, as in the previous review, that the lady assumes an attitude of pride, surlyness, arrogance, because she does not fear being fired but .... with word of mouth or negative reviews, so customers get lost easily!
