★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il giorno 15/02/2022 entro nel negozio con aspirapolvere folletto in garanzia, nel negozio trovò un uomo molto scortese.io gli dissi che avevo la garanzia e di farmi assistenza,da subito mi disse che la garanzia non copriva i materiali di consumo con molta arroganza bisognava pagare . Io a queste parole mi presi l’aspirapolvere e andai in un altro centro folletto che mi anno fatto assistenza con molta professionalità il materiale di usura rientrava in garanzia vi sconsiglio di andare in questo centro assistenza sono ladri prendono ricambi in garanzia facendo pagare i clienti spero che là folletto come Azzienda prenda provvedimenti non sono degni di lavorare per questa Azzienda ladri. Per rispondere alla risposta del commerciante il manico della scopa non era rotto come dice. Vi ho chiesto perché non funzionasse più e mi avete detto che non copriva la garanzia, spero che l’azienda folletto vi possa fare delle verifiche per vedere la vostra qualità dei servizi che offrite e la poca serietà.
