★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho messo una stella semplicemente perché non potevo mettere zero, ho avuto un'esperienza pessima, sconsiglio vivamente perché sono estremamente disonesti ed incompetenti, ho portato il pinguino De Longhi da loro, dopo una settimana di attesa si sono inventati una riparazione che non hanno fatto, ovviamente si sono presi i soldi. Ho portato l'apparecchio in un centro assistenza autorizzato De Longhi, perché loro non lo sono, ed ho incontrato il proprietario della rigel..... a voi le conclusioni.
I put a star simply because I couldn't put zero, I had a bad experience, I strongly advise against it because they are extremely dishonest and incompetent, I brought the De Longhi penguin to them, after a week of waiting they invented a repair that they didn't do obviously they took the money. I took the device to an authorized De Longhi service center, because they are not, and I met the rigel owner ..... the conclusions are yours.
