a	alessandra occhipinti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera oggi 15 giugno ho portato il cane in visione, un maltesino, per la tosatura e mi hanno riferito che non era possibile tosarlo perché ha nodi vicino al viso, inoltre mi hanno scambiato pure per qualcuno che dicevano loro, ma gli ho riferito che era la prima volta che andavo lì, cose da matti! Sono contenta che mi hanno detto di no perché ora ho letto altre recensioni ed inoltre che fanno pettinano le bambole o i cani è palese che hanno i nodi e vanno tolettati! Non solo potete trovare tutto ciò che serve per il trasporto, il cibo e la detersione ma hanno una toiletta davvero all'avanguardia. Sono amanti degli animali a 4 zampe e sempre aggiornate sulle novità per farli stare meglio, instancabili e pazienti. Insomma sono davvero titolate e sempre pronte ad accettare con amore le piccole e grandi richieste di noi proprietari a volte un po' esigenti???. In bocca al lupo per il prosieguo della vostra attività. PS.Ho ,con molto dispiacere, letto recensioni davvero strane e poco credibili.Ma si sa che in questa nuova società siamo noi padroni di animali a dover fare la differenza in positivo. E questa è una delle cose più importanti! Un cane, quando entra in una toeletta, deve sentirsi a suo agio... protetto e amato... e la mia piccola non poteva trovare di meglio! Torna a casa pulita, profumata, e soprattutto c'è una cura del pelo impeccabile, con prodotti ottimi ke fanno la differenza! Grazie Serena e grazie Valentina! :-) Two beautiful girls ... professional ... kind ... with a lot of patience and above all with a lot of love for our furry little ones! Apparentemente queste due signore, che mi hanno consigliato un trattamento all'ozono, mi ispiravano fiducia e per questo gliel'ho lasciata. Tornata a casa ho riscontrato comportamenti strani nel mio cane, impaurita e diffidente nei nostri confronti, cosa che prima di all'ora non era mai stato, dato che ho una maltesina dolce, affettuosa e soprattutto socievole. Preoccupata l'ho portata a controllo dal veterinario che ha riscontrato un'infiammazione su tutta la pelle e due mammelle in parte lesionate. Questo mi ha dimostrato la poca attenzione e la noncuranza nei confronti della mia cagnolina. Spero che possa non succedere ad altri animali e che non si ripetano più situazioni del genere. Ad accogliere la mia piccolina c’erano le due proprietarie in particolar modo Serena (la ragazza bionda),mi ha coccolato la mia cagnolina lavandola accuratamente usando dei prodotti derma per il lavaggio.Lo consiglio sia per la professionalità che per là cordialità ? Valentina e Serena, le proprietarie, sono gentili e cordiali ed hanno fatto una toelettatura perfetta proprio come avevamo chiesto, insieme ad un trattamento alla cheratina che ha reso il pelo morbido e profumatissimo. Le consigliamo e ci ritorneremo sicuramente. On the advice of Angela, owner of the poodles Gianni and her puppy, we brought our poodle Elly for the first time. La mia maltesina è sempre perfetta da quando vado da loro ed ogni volta sono contentissima del trattamento eseguito. Davvero super, lo consiglio a tutti.
