Poi abbiamo conosciuto "Zia Patty", la sola a riuscire ad instaurare con lui una sorta di empatia e a fare un ottimo lavoro di toelettatura senza stressare il mio cagnolino. È una persona di esperienza e con molta competenza nel settore, motivo per il quale - sebbene disti 15 km da casa mia - spillo ed io non la cambieremmo con altri e la consigliamo a tutti. Mi sono recata con i miei due Golden, fiduciosa in un miglioramento del loro aspetto, cosa che non è stata fatta. Al ritiro dei miei cani dopo la toilettartura mi è stato detto che la gestione di entrambi i cani non è stata facile...? Ritengo doveroso informare e consigliare ad altri padroni come me almeno di non lasciare da soli i propri cani nel momento della toilettartura così da non avere spiacevoli sorprese come nel mio caso. Sono gentilissimi, simpatici e dimostrano molta professionalità nel loro lavoro. L'ho consigliato anche ai miei amici. La mia cagnolina torna sempre pulita, profumata e perfettamente asciutta.
