Nulla da dire al negozio di Via Pigna dove ho ordinato le mie mattonelle, ma purtroppo pessimo Iperceramica casa madre, ordine effettuato il 23 febbraio rassicurazioni sulla consegna entro i primi 15 giorni di marzo ma ad oggi 28 marzo nn se ne parla di ricevere merce. Meno male che siamo in zona rossa e le mattonelle servono per casa a mare nn so come mai avrei fatto se fossero per la prima casa

Nothing to say to the shop in Via Pigna where I ordered my tiles, but unfortunately Iperceramica parent company was bad, order placed on February 23 reassurances on delivery within the first 15 days of March but today March 28 there is no talk of receiving goods. Luckily we are in the red zone and the tiles are used for the seaside house I don't know why I would have done if they were for the first house

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essendo un ragazzo giovane ed inesperto nel settore mi sono recato diverse volte e spesso con forti dubbi , ogni volta che mi recavo lo staff era sempre pronto ad accogliermi con gentilezza e professionalità .. in particolare mi ha seguito un ragazzo di nome Massimiliano gentile , preparato, paziente e molto educato , perde giornate intere per accontentare un cliente e ti consiglia sempre il meglio nel rapporto qualità\prezzo e non smetterò mai di ringraziarlo per il tempo perso con me .
Dal punto di vista di materiale mi sono trovato benissimo iperceramica tratta prodotti veramente ottimi e spesso con sconti favorevoli, alla consegna nulla di rotto tutto in perfette condizioni .
Che dire grazie iperceramica ma soprattutto grazie Massimiliano ?
Being a young and inexperienced boy in the sector, I went several times and often with strong doubts, every time I went the staff was always ready to welcome me with kindness and professionalism .. in particular a guy named Massimiliano followed me, kind, prepared , patient and very polite, he loses whole days to please a customer and always recommends the best in quality / price ratio and I will never stop thanking him for the time he wasted with me.
From the material point of view, I had a great time. Hyperceramica deals with really excellent products and often with favorable discounts, on delivery nothing broken, all in perfect condition.
What can I say thanks hyperceramics but above all thanks Massimiliano ?

Nel periodo di ristrutturazione casa, ho avuto a che fare con numerosi rivenditori ma la competenza, disponibilità, professionalità, gentilezza, cordialità e competenza che ho trovato da ipercersmica con sede in via Pigna non l'ho trovata da nessun altra parte. Ringrazio di vero cuore Fabio, Pasquale e Massimiliano (o Massimo) per avermi coaudiuvato nella scelta del materiale la nascita del mio appartamento.

In the period of home renovation, I had to deal with numerous dealers but the competence, availability, professionalism, kindness, friendliness and competence that I found from ipercersmica based in via Pigna I have not found anywhere else. I sincerely thank Fabio, Pasquale and Massimiliano (or Massimo) for helping me in the choice of material for the birth of my apartment.

Purtroppo non posso dire lo stesso per le porte, perché mi sono state consegnate con misure sbagliate perché l'addetto alle vendite ha male interpretato le misure che gli avevo fornito. Ho dovuto ahimè pagare a mie spese la sua incompetenza a riguardo perché non ha voluto ammettere il suo evidente errore
