Porto l'alicia de Longhi a cui sapevo che andava solo cambiata la caldaia x un difetto di resistenza congenito del modello (quindi nessun lavoro ma prendi il pezzo di sotto e cambi con altro pezzo di sotto) e, non solo ci impiegano venti giorni a sostituire il pezzo, ma mi restituiscono una macchinetta che nella parte superiore non è la mia! Zozzosa e fetente!!!! Mai più, piuttosto vado in un'altra città ma da loro mai più. The worst support service. Quest'attività di vendita ricambi per elettrodomestici, offre anche la vendita degli stessi, moltissimi anche in offerta a prezzi molto interessanti, e, soprattutto offre un ottimo servizio di riparazione e manutenzione. Mi sono infatti avvalso del loro servizio per la riparazione di un ferro a caldaia Braun: lo stesso è stato riparato in una settimana circa, avendo io chiesto un intervento in urgenza (e ringrazio per la rapidità concessami), tutto ad un prezzo favorevole. Difficile il parcheggio ? in zona. Giudizio globale positivo. My experience with this shop is certainly positive. Me lo aggiustano in garanzia e devo dire mi hanno anche trovato lo scontrino loro che già avevano in memoria. Dopo 2/3 mesi si rompe di nuovo, naturalmente adesso è fuori garanzia. Costo riparazione quanto il valore dello stesso nuovo. Poco professionali Iron purchased new after 12 months broken. They fix it under warranty after 10 months of KO again. They fix it for me under warranty and I must say they also found me the receipt they already had in memory. After 2/3 months it breaks again, of course it is now out of warranty. Repair cost as much as the value of the same new. Unprofessional
