★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riparazione lettore SIM del mio Samsung Galaxy s4 mini in tempo davvero veloci! Lo stesso giorno in tardo pomeriggio era già pronto! Mi dissero che il giorno seguente mi avrebbero contattato per informarmi se effettivamente il lettore si potesse aggiustare o meno, portai il mio telefono prima delle 13 ed era già pronto alle 18! Tempi davvero brevi, persone molto gentili, competenti e disponibili, prezzi davvero giusti e modici.
Sicuramente se in futuro avrò un problema con qualsiasi equipaggiamento SamSung tornerò a questo centro assistenza. Consigliato sicuramente!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercando in Google ho trovato questo centro Assistenza Samsung e devo dire che mi sono trovato benissimo! Il mio Samsung Galaxy S4 mini non caricava più e me l'hanno ripristinato totalmente a prezzo modico. Continuerò ad andare da loro anche perchè ho trovato persone corrette, competenti e professionali.
Searching in Google I found this Samsung Service Center and I must say that I had a great time! My Samsung Galaxy S4 mini didn't charge anymore and they restored it totally for a modest price. I will continue to go to them also because I found correct, competent and professional people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato i primi si agosto, un TV Samsung perchè non si accendeva. Mi è stato riferito che il costo del preventivo di 15€ sarebbe stato sottratto dall'eventuale costo per la riparazione. Il preventivo è stato di 90€ consegna entro una settimana. Risultato, consegnato la prima settimana di settembre al costo di 100€ senza la sottrazione del costo del preventivo, adducendo che si era manifestato un altro inconveniente. Poca chiarezza e amaro in bocca, del tipo mi freghi ora ma non mi vedi più.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimo davvero pessimo , mio padre in la con l'età aveva un problema al portatile che si accendeva e spegnava subito, lo ho indirizzo alla startac che individuano il guasto nell'alimentatore esterno che è stato sostituito con un pessimo matsuyama che presenta una ventola rumorosissima fastidiosissima ( valore scarsi 24 euro su amazzon) costo totale dell'intervento salatissimo sotto i 100, dicendo anche che se fosse stato sostituito con un prodotto originale il prezzo sarebbe stato ancora piu salato. Li ho contattati a mezzo mail e non ho avuto ad oggi nessuna risposta...( strano) , dicendo che si erano comportati scorrettamente in presenza di un cliente anziano....che l'intervento non era soddisfacente...........LA recensione negativa è il minimo che potessi fare

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da dove partire? Prima di tutto ho portato il telfono il martedì con urgenza e mi era stato promesso che si sarebbe fatto il possibile per venerdì. Cosa mai avvenuta. Quando il venerdì ho chiamato per aver notizie il tizio parlava sopra di me e non era possibile parlare. Ho avuto anche un rimprovero perché mi avrebbero chiamato loro ed ora se ne parlava ovviamente il lunedì. Lasciamo persere il fatto che so stata chiamata anche frustrata,e che sfogavo i miei problemi su di lui. Semplicemente perche pretendevo il mio telefono.Li avete sentiti voi?io no. Chiamo il martedì e guarda caso c'era un aggiusto in piu da fare all'audio, che ha sempre funzionato, e al suo buon cuore non me lo faceva pagare. E miracolo il telefono era arrivato. Quando è stato il momento di pagare non ha il pos il che 1 è illegale e 2 la cifra non era piccola quindi magari si preferisce non girare con certe cifre in tasca. Quando ho richiesto lo scontrino fiscale non voleva farmelo èd alla fine mi ha dato un foglietto di cui non ho la certezza sia fiscale mi sembra un Po strano. Non ci andate. Maleducato ed imbroglione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistenza specializzata in ogni tipo di elettrodomestico, infatti dopo varie vicissitudini in un centro autorizzato Worwerk dove mi avevano fatto un preventivo a mio avviso troppo oneroso per una folletto,a seguito di ciò, trovatomi a parlare con un amico , mi ha detto che in via Alessandro Manzoni c'è un centro Assistenza plurimarca, ed io ho ritenuto opportuno chiamare il centro Assistenza Startac sede in via Manzoni che avevo avuto già modo di conoscere per aver portato un mio lettore dvd Samsung che era in garanzia ed ho scoperto che erano gli stessi.
Recatomi mi sono ricordato della stessa persona con la quale avevo parlato a suo tempo, il quale mi ha detto che se avessi lasciato l'aspirapolvere in assistenza, mi avrebbero contattato in due gg lavorativi per comunicarmi il preventivo, e devo dire che il processo di riparazione è stato di gran lunga inferiore alle mie stesse aspettative, sia come tempi, che costi.
Pertanto consiglio vivamente questo centro assistenza in quanto sono persone serie, valide e professionali e sono contento di dare un voto molto positivo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dopo una telefonata dove mi ha risposto una voce femminile molto professionale ed intuitiva, mi hanno dato appuntamento nella stessa mattinata.
Appena giunta la voce ha preso un volto, quello di Claudia, che subito ha capito il problema del mio smartphone samsung.
In 3 giorni ha risolto il tutto, ed anche se per mia incuria ho perso le foto mi ha ridato un telefono praticamente "rinnovato" pronto all'uso. Non posso che raccomandarlo.
