Співробітник сказав, що не буде підключати потрібний тариф, але може підключити той, що дорожчий вдвоє. Після цього я повернула сім картку та отримала свої гроші назад. Скористаюся послугами іншого мобільного оператора.

Дружина поповнила на фіксовану суму, але тарифний план не поновився. Тобто, мене знову обманули на гроші. На питання, чому так, менеджер сказав не знаю і вилаявся. Такого убогого сервісу немає в жодній країні.
