★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo per forza condividere questa pessima esperienza. Stamane per un intervento urgente ho comprato la cartuccia di un miscelatore doccia della Grohe per la cifra di euro 58 scontato. Questa sera da Galiano ho verificato che il medesimo pezzo, stessa marca, stesso codice di articolo, costa...udite udite...35 euro da scontare!!! A questo punto mi permetto di chiamare FERRAMENTA MANZONI per riferire quanto accaduto, ritenendo essersi trattato probabilmente di un errore...il venditore mi risponde che il modello che mi ha venduto è vecchio e costa di più!!! Hahahaha
Ora, i 30 euro non mi cambiano la vita...è triste che un commerciante che dovrebbe fidelizzare la clientela pratichi dei prezzi così elevati e fuori mercato!!! Liberi di scegliere questa ferramenta che a me, personalmente, NON MI VEDRÁ MAI PIÙ, nemmeno per un chiodo!!!

I have to share this bad experience. This morning for an urgent intervention I bought the cartridge of a Grohe shower mixer for the discounted figure of 58 euros. Tonight at Galiano I verified that the same piece, same brand, same article code, costs ... listen, listen ... 35 euros to be discounted !!! At this point I take the liberty of calling HARDWARE MANZONI to report what happened, considering it was probably an error ... the seller replies that the model he sold me is old and costs more !!! Hahahaha
Now, the 30 euros does not change my life ... it is sad that a trader who should build customer loyalty practices such high and out-of-market prices !!! Free to choose this hardware that I, personally, WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN, not even for a nail !!!
