Courtesy. Professionalism and customer focus. I went to them for Rowenta Air Force 360 vacuum repairs. Honest even if it was out of warranty. Only 20 euros for the service ... and 20 costs for the spare part. Managed in 3 days and paid on delivery without giving advance payments. Thanks!!!
