★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale al banco gentile, cortese e veloce nella riparazione di piccoli elettrodomestici. Unica pecca è la signorina che hanno messo a rispondere a telefono che risulta essere sempre e dico sempre arrogante ed estremamente presuntuosa. Ho chiamato diverse volte quindi non penso ne faccia una questione personale e risponde sempre con toni decisamente sgarbati senza dare nemmeno la possibilità di spiegare il problema. Consiglio di recarsi direttamente sul posto, quantomeno si ha a che fare con persone gentili al banco.
 Staff at the counter polite, courteous and quick in repairing small appliances. The only flaw is the young lady who answered the phone which is always and I always say arrogant and extremely presumptuous. I've called several times so I don't think he's making it a personal matter and he always responds with decidedly rude tones without even giving the opportunity to explain the problem. I recommend going directly to the place, at least you have to deal with nice people at the counter.

Ricevuto preventivo di euro 40 per disostruzione e pompa (la macchinetta costa 60) rifiutato, ho provato, prima di buttarla a riempire il serbatoio con aceto. Si è disostruita e funziona corrette ente ormai da due mesi
Bad experience. Capacity of the de Longhi coffee machine clogged. Paid euro 5 x estimate. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il ferro da stiro dopo sei mesi dal cambio della valvola(in buona fede?, voglio credere che fu distituita).
Dopo una settimana di attesa per il preventivo? mi hanno comunicato la stessa problematica: cambio di valvola e 40 euro!!! ?
Prima di buttarlo l'ho portato in un altro centro e con una semplice decalcificazione ?si è risolto IL PROBLEMA!
Ho chiamato per chiarimenti ?ma la "centralinista",nella sua arroganza, non me ne ha date!!!

Before throwing it away I took it to another center and with a simple descaling ? the PROBLEM is solved!
