L' elemento principale che ha contraddistinto la nostra decisione è stato il fatto di aver trovato ciò di cui avevamo effettivamente bisogno: l'attenzione verso il cliente. In particolare, dedizione nel comprendere i nostri gusti, tempo speso a disegnare piantine e planimetrie, disponibilità nel cercare il materiale migliore (anche al prezzo più adeguato) e la competenza (nel presentare l'ampia offerta e nel fornire suggerimenti circa aspetti che stavamo assolutamente trascurando). Non abbiamo trovato in nessun'altro rivenditore questi aspetti tutti insieme.
