R	Raffaele Pisani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il Personale, e in particolare gli Addetti agli abitacoli auto, non usano la Mascherina Covid obbligatoria per Legge; in più reagiscono alle osservazioni in modo aggressivo e mi hanno scacciato senza voler effettuare il lavaggio! In passato fui addirittura minacciato (con le scuse del Responsabile intervenuto) da uno di loro che non vi lavora più! Non emettono Scontrini Fiscali (anche l'ultima volta avvenuta il 18/7/2021 quando ho portato l'altra auto a lavare), e io devo pagare le Tasse anche per loro! Non ci andrò mai più! Ho lavorato nel Marketing, dove nei Corsi di formazione si insegna che per compensare un Cliente scontento servono ben 10 Clienti molto soddisfatti! the Personnel, and in particular the Operators of the car cockpits, do not use the Covid mask which is mandatory by law; plus they react aggressively to observations and have chased me away without wanting to wash! Si paga qualcosina in più ma ne vale la pena: l'auto è lucida e protetta con uno strato in più sulla vernice Quick and welcoming. I recommend washing with the polish express. You pay a little more but it's worth it: the car is shiny and protected with an extra layer on the paint

Raramente lascio recensioni (soprattutto quelle negative), ma in questo caso non posso farne a meno per sottolineare l’arroganza, la maleducazione, l’incapacità e l’approssimazione. Il tutto ad un prezzo più alto di quelli esposti..... E senza rilasciare ricevuta fiscale. Penso di aver detto tutto; infatti mi sembrava strano che fosse l’unico autolavaggio della zona senza fila..... completamente vuoto Photographs taken immediately after the car was picked up. A	Antonio Esposito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Già mi doveva far pensare di non entrare in quanto di domenica mattina con il sole non c’erano macchine (la dice tutta ) Pessimi ,ineducati, macchina non lavata bene, con tante pecche, e la titolare…(persona che dovrebbe stare già in pensione)aggressiva e poco educata, nei riguardi dei clienti!(e non mi prolungo a dire gli insulti ricevuti) Un dipendente, i tappeti di gomma non li ha insaponati, ma solo sciacquati con acqua. Ho richiesto l’insaponatura ,che mi è stata fatta dopo tante discussioni ed aggressioni verbali.
