★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace lasciare una stella sola, anche leggendo altre recensioni sicuramente lusinghiere sul vostro lavoro, però delle due l'una: o avete un servizio clienti che funziona e quindi almeno rispondete negli orari in cui vi dichiarate disponibili e ai recapiti che voi stessi suggerite. O non lo avete (e non è obbligatorio, ci mancherebbe) e quindi togliete recapiti e orari di questo inesistente Servizio, in modo da non far perdere tempo a chi ha bisogno di un prodotto. Tutto qui. Non sono arrabbiato o indignato, ci mancherebbe. Mi rendo conto della marginalità della cosa. Ma tant'è: recensisco quella che è stata la mia esperienza.
I'm sorry to leave a single star, even reading other reviews that are certainly flattering about your work, but of the two: either you have a customer service that works and therefore at least respond at the times in which you declare yourself available and at the contact details that you yourself suggest. Or you don't have it (and it's not mandatory, God forbid) and then remove the contact details and times of this non-existent Service, so as not to waste time for those who need a product. That's all. I'm not angry or indignant, God forbid. I realize the marginality of the thing. But anyhow: I review what my experience has been.
