The scheduled time of entry was delayed by around an hour due to manager arriving late.
The breakfast was soggy and cold.
We won't be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were searching for a room with a Jacuzzi in it, and I think we made the best choice for the size of the hot tub itself, and the really good room position right in the heart of Rome. I would suggest it for a romantic stay in Rome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we checked in this afternoon and was greated by Andre, the most pleasent and helpful gentleman. he has recommended some incredible restaurants which we've already eaten at one and really enjoyed it. top notch hotel! very elegant, very clean, and the location is superb! heading out now fir a night on the town. will post more later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highlights are the position and the room, spacious and clean. But walls and doors are thin, and you have to hope to have polite and silent neighbours. Breakfast is given after you fill a list of your choice. Croissant was cheap, but cake was really, really cheap.

We had the chance to spend just a couple of nights here for my boyfriend's birthday, the staff left a gift for him and covered the whole room with petals and " auguri" was written on the bed for him, it was such a lovely thought. They are really kind, helpful, and welcoming.. They reccomended us how to. Move around the city, which places to visit and Andrea suggested very lovely restaurants and he even booked it for us.
The room was very warm and clean, the breakfast was absolutely lovely and the location is very central so it's actually a perfect spot as the underground station is only a few minutes walk away and there so many coffee shops and restaurants in the area!
I highly recommend it and we will definitely be going back!
