★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed 5 night in July great hotel very convenient tram stop across the road. Breakfast very good , all staff very helpful and pleasant. Pool area very nice .We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel and would certainly stay there if in Rome again.

Very welcoming staff.
Spacious suites, nicely decorated, with sitting room with sofa & armchairs.
With fully equipped kitchen, complimentary chocolates & a bottle of wine.
Complete beauty kit in the bathroom.
Abundant delicious breakfast with a variety of salty & sweet foods.
Cozy atmosphere, like staying with Italian relatives.
Minuses:
A tramway nearby.

We stayed in a junior suite - rooms were tired and dated. Windows and walls shook when buses and trucks went by. No soundproofing, despite attempt at secondary glazing. Food lack lustre. Whole place looked tired and worn, including staff, who tried to be friendly but had no real interest in being there. Disappointing. Spare bed in living room was more like a hospital bed. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These apartments are very lovely, spacious, clean and well laid out.
The breakfast room is gorgeous with tasty, fresh, continental style buffet breakfast and excellent coffee.
The pool is gorgeous and the staff are super helpful.
All of the main attractions are within walking distance if you are reasonably fit....a decent stretch of the legs through a beautiful park and then all of the main streets and bus services are there.
My only concern for families staying here, is that there are no local stores or cafes. The apartment does have a reasonable kitchen, but nowhere local to buy milk or bread etc.
The nearest cafes, restaurants and shops are a 10 minute walk away, past the Villa Borghese. They are worth the walk, we have eaten very well, but with small children, it is probably too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They refused to let us use the air conditioner in our room or cancel the reservation. I wish I was joking. When booking the room it states that the have A/C but make no statement as to when guests do or don’t have access to it. We had to keep windows open at all times and had a room full of flies because of it. Don’t stay here.
