★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto divertente. Abbiamo iniziato facendo il gelato (sorbetto all'albicocca, gelato al cioccolato bianco e al cioccolato fondente. Ci hanno insegnato i trucchi per ottenere un buon gelato anche a casa in poco tempo. Poi siamo passati a fare la pasta all'uovo: ravioli e fettuccine.
Ci hanno spiegato le dosi per ottenere un buon impasto, come lavorarlo e come creare dei ravioli ripieni.
Lo chef Maurizio e Rino sono molto simpatici e rendono l'esperienza molto piacevole, facendo passare due ore e mezza in totale relax.
 Very fun experience. We started making ice cream (apricot sorbet, white chocolate and dark chocolate ice cream. They taught us the tricks to get a good ice cream even at home in a short time. Then we went on to make egg pasta: ravioli and fettuccine.
They explained how to make a good dough, how to make it and how to make stuffed ravioli.
The chef Maurizio and Rino are very nice and make the experience very pleasant, by spending two and a half hours in total relaxation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was Absolutely the highlight of my holiday ! The host had not only a deep sense of hospitality but even a great sense of humor, providing genuine food to cook in a brand new location ! I met Lovely people from around the world and we toasted to la bella vita with a glass of white wine !! Highly recommended
