★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family stayed in the flat for 10 days this past Thanksgiving week and we all loved it! The location is perfect. We walked everywhere and rarely needed a cab but when we did need one it was easy to get (for Rome central we used Free Now). The neighborhood is beautiful with many fabulous restaurants, shops, wine bars, coffee shops and historic sites. The flat is beautifully decorated (sleek modern look with professional lighting) and outfitted with everything we needed. I loved the layout with the bedrooms and bathrooms on one floor and the kitchen, dining and living area on a separate floor. The bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of storage, separate heat/air, and French doors to the balcony. Each bathroom is modern, spacious and fully outfitted including bidet and towel warmers. There was a shower in each bathroom and one had a bath tub which was nice. The rooftop terrace is amazing and a treasure to have in this beautiful spot with St. Peter’s Basilica and the Tiber River in view. Roger and Federica went above and beyond from the arrival through check out and with anything we needed while we were there. Federica made many helpful recommendations for food, shopping and places to visit and coordinated our taxis to and from the airport. I am already working on a plan to go back. I just fell in love with Rome from the home base of this flat.
