I Trainer sono molto preparati e sala attrezzi veramente varia. Con il programma personale lavoro quasi due ore alternando esercizi su gambe e braccia senza uscire stanco. Consiglio vivamente per tutti.
I have been attending it, albeit not continuously, for a year and I am very happy with it. Today I received a new exercise program which is quite different from the previous ones. The trainers are very prepared and the equipment room is really varied. With the personal program I work almost two hours alternating exercises on the legs and arms without getting tired. I highly recommend for everyone.
