Fantastic! Full of courses and staff at the height. My favourite? Mary ... Very nice always with a smile and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Di corsi ce ne sono molti che coprono tutti i settori (dal posturale al cardio passando per quelli tonificanti). Se devo fare un appunto, riguarda i vari tipi di abbonamenti: in pratica sei "obbligato" a fare l'annuale perché gli altri non hanno senso come costi. The gym is well equipped with all the necessary tools. The staff is very knowledgeable. There are many courses that cover all areas (from postural to cardio passing through toning). If I have to make a note, it concerns the various types of subscriptions: in practice you are "obliged" to do the annual because others do not make sense as costs.

A me non piace barattare tipo Mercato Medievale, però forse un po' eccessivo per 2 ore appena di fruizione del "servizio"? Giro spesso per lavoro..a Roma (pieno centro, zona Prati), mezza giornata 15 €, macchinari nuovi e piccola SPA/angolo relax incluso ? Comunque ho usufruito della sala pesi..macchinari perlopiù antiquati tra l'altro, a parte qualche eccezione. Never again! You could write a book where you say "How to lost a New Customer" ? Mah. 20 € one day admission (at 20:00) ? I don't like to swap Medieval Market type, but maybe a little excessive for just 2 hours of use of the "service"? I often travel for work .. in Rome (in the center, Prati area), half day 15 €, new machinery and small SPA / relaxation corner included ? However, I used the weight room..much antiquated machines, by the way, apart from a few exceptions. Never again!
D	Damiano Scalas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto di fare una prova prima di fare l'iscrizione e mi hanno respinto dicendo che non era possibile, la prima palestra che prima di fare l'abbonamento mi ha negato la prova. Invece sono andato alla palestra New Life di Luino, piccola ma bene attrezzata e il personal trainer super gentile e disponibile, mi ha fatto fare l'ora di prova e ho deciso di fare l'scrizione immediata. I asked to do a test before registering and they rejected me saying that it was not possible, the first gym that denied me the test before doing the subscription. Instead I went to the New Life gym in Luino, small but well equipped and the super kind and helpful personal trainer made me do the test hour and I decided to do the immediate registration.
