★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima agenzia, ragazze incompetenti ed arroganti. Mi sono recato per una richiesta di rimborso bollo auto e mi hanno detto che le richieste dei rimborsi erano bloccate perchè in attesa della nuova modulistica (??), ho contattato la sede ACI di Milano che mi ha detto di non sapere nulla di ciò, alle mie rimostranze non hanno voluto sentire ragioni e mi hanno detto anche "inutile farle spendere soldi per aprire una pratica" (ma il servizio non è gratuito??). Ho contattato un'agenzia di Varese x vedere se loro potevano ricevermi, hanno fatto tutto via mail (GRATIS!!) ed in meno di 3 settimane ho avuto il mio rimborso del bollo!!
 Bad agency, incompetent and arrogant girls. I went for a car tax refund request and they told me that the refund requests were blocked because while waiting for the new forms (??), I contacted the ACI office in Milan who told me they didn't know anything about it, they refused to hear any reasons for my complaints and also told me "it is useless to make her spend money to open a file" (but the service is not free?). I contacted an agency in Varese to see if they could receive me, they did everything by email (FREE !!) and in less than 3 weeks I had my stamp refund !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3.6 è già un dato di fatto che non è solo una mia singolare esperienza... Arroganti, mercenari, opportunisti e incapaci a risolvere problematiche elementari. Quando fai valere le proprie ragioni giocano il jolly del guardarsi tra colleghe con aria sbigottita come se uno fosse analfabeta, se mai e il contrario. Che se non fosse per la costrinzione burocratica, farebbero la fame, cari carissimi, fortuna che in zona ho trovato un agenzia di gran lunga più professionale e onesta e cordiale.
Evitatela!!!
3.6 it is already a fact that it is not just a singular experience of mine ... Arrogant, mercenaries, opportunists and unable to solve elementary problems. When you assert your reasons they play the wild card of looking at each other with a bewildered expression as if one were illiterate, if ever it is the other way around. If it were not for the bureaucratic constraint, they would starve, dearest ones, lucky that in the area I have found a far more professional, honest and friendly agency.
Avoid it !!!
