Vergogna! Like almost all public offices there are no updated timetables, moreover the employees do not give clear and exhaustive information, they are peasants and racists. Shame!

M	Maurizio Mattana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima , piu' di 18 mesi per fare la prova pratica patentino AM; tanto che da 14 aa sono diventati 16 e tanto valeva fare la pat. A1. Esaminatrice prova pratica che su 8 candidati ne boccia 3 (40%) dato oltre la media della provincia con piu' bocciati che e' Cagliari su scala nazionale e promuove candidati palesemente impediti con una disparita' di giudizio imbarazzante che fa pensare male. Da evitare assolutamente Very bad, more than 18 months to take the AM license practice test; so much so that from 14 to they became 16 and we might as well do the pat. A1. Practical test examiner who rejected 3 out of 8 candidates (40%) given above the average of the province with more failures than Cagliari on a national scale and promotes clearly impeded candidates with an embarrassing disparity of judgment that makes one think wrong. To be avoided absolutely

Mandano una richiesta LORO per fare una pratica e non sanno fare il loro lavoro in quanto ti danno solo informazioni sbagliate. Ti dicono che non devi pagare nulla dopo DUE ANNI che non ti chiamano più e alla fine si accorgono all'ultimo che NO! DEVI pagare. Sì premurano di farti fretta nel pagamento (ricordo: per un errore loro) e mentre al telefono ti danno ragione, dicendo che la colpa è loro, per iscritto (e-mail) mentono e rigirano la cosa cercando di farti avere la colpa in tutti i modi. Morale della favola? Penserò male, ma sembra che lo facciano apposta per farti sborsare i soldi due volte... Non solo il danno, pure la beffa. E intanto loro prendono soldi!!!! Persone incompetenti, che non sanno fare il loro lavoro e si "coprono le spalle" a vicenda. Posto assolutamente da evitare, se riuscite andate da altre parti che queste persone non si meritano di avere uno stipendio sulle nostre spalle. If they could give zero stars, I would give them. They send THEM a request to do a practice and they don't know how to do their job as they only give you wrong information. They tell you that you don't have to pay anything after TWO YEARS they don't call you anymore and in the end they realize at the last minute that NO! You must pay. Yes they take care to hurry you in paying (remember: for their mistake) and while on the phone they agree with you, saying that it is their fault, in writing (e-mail) they lie and twist the thing trying to make you blame everyone the ways. Moral of the story? I'll think wrong, but it seems like they do it on purpose to get you to fork out the money twice ... Not only the damage, but the insult as well. And in the meantime they take money !!!! Incompetent people, who don't know how to do their job and "cover each other's back". Absolutely place to avoid, if you can go somewhere else that these people do not deserve to have a salary on our shoulders.
