 Non-existent service, several calls, emails, to which I have never had answers. Needless to have 3 phone numbers to which no one answers. Nothing new when it comes to public administration ..!

Ma lavoratori di questo "bar" dove su 3 piani vedi solo gente che beve il caffe. ignoranza stupidità e ritardo mentale al livello hard. Non sanno neanche dove mettere le mani se chedi info. INCOMPETENZA

Incompetent !! hours and hours waiting without answering, I wait for a date for 20 days, when I was told KE even after 3 days I could take the exam! A very bad organization. You're just there to warm up the chair.

Nothing to say indeed unlike other negative reviews I found a Lady who promptly answered the phone, helped me in my practice, very kind and polite, very satisfied!

It's a shame. Service is a disgusting thing, they give instructions that turn out to be wrong and with absurd arrogance. The only solution would be to fire everyone and give the job to those who want to do well and not to these listless people. I would like to give 0 stars but the minimum is 1

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio è veramente scarso, come dimostrato dalle altre recensioni.
Alcuni consigli : ampliate gli orari di apertura (aggiungendo orari pomeridiani di più di un'ora ) , migliorate le informative per le patenti A e B, evitando ai clienti di fare le fotocopie mancanti al Brico.
Se risolverete, metterò al più presto 5 stelle.
The service is really poor, as shown by the other reviews.
Some tips: extend the opening hours (by adding more than an hour in the afternoon), improve the information for A and B driving licenses, avoiding customers to make the missing photocopies at the Brico.
If you solve, I will put 5 stars asap.

Non è concepibile che funzionari pubblici, che dovrebbero essere al servizio dello stato e delle altre persone, adottino un atteggiamento riluttante, spesso scontroso, dinanzi a qualsiasi genere di richiesta.
This public building is the practical demonstration of the failure of the Italian state, in bureaucratic, organizational and social fields (due to the lack of preparation and desire of the employees).
It is not conceivable that public officials, who are supposed to serve the state and other people, adopt a reluctant, often grumpy attitude to any kind of request.
