★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile, competente, preparato ed efficiente. L'esatto opposto di quegli animali che "lavorano" in Motorizzazione. I passaggi di proprietà auto li ho sempre fatti in pochi minuti. Il PRA di Varese è un ufficio pubblico dove tutto funziona, diciamo che si discosta molto dallo standard italiano. Inoltre è il posto più economico dove fare pratiche automobilistiche poichè non ci sono le tariffe che applicano le agenzie private.
 Polite, competent, prepared and efficient staff. The exact opposite of those animals that "work" in Motorization. I have always made changes to car ownership in a few minutes. The Varese PRA is a public office where everything works, let's say it differs greatly from the Italian standard. It is also the cheapest place to do automotive practices as there are no rates applied by private agencies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non dico cosa penso riguardo al sistema prenotazione, condivido a pieno quanto già detto da altri utenti, ma l'assurdo è che con appuntamento in mano, ho dovuto aspettare quasi un'ora il mio turno e per finire, sono uscito senza aver fatto il passaggio di proprietà perché, a loro dire, dovevamo tornare noi e il venditore, nel comune dove era stato effettuato l'autentificazione della firma del venditore, poiché sul certificato di proprietà, non era stato inserito il nome di mio figlio (comproprietario).
Chiamato subito il comune, hanno smentito il problema, in quanto bastava aggiungere il nominativo mancante sul certificato...!
Che dire..., alla faccia della competenza dei nostri operatori pubblici...! Non aggiungo altro perché non finirei più di scrivere...!
I don't say what I think about the booking system, I fully agree with what other users have already said, but the absurd is that with an appointment in hand, I had to wait almost an hour for my turn and to finish, I went out without having done the transfer of ownership because, according to them, we and the seller had to go back to the municipality where the authentication of the seller's signature was carried out, since the name of my son (co-owner) was not entered on the certificate of ownership.
Called the municipality immediately, they denied the problem, as it was enough to add the missing name on the certificate ...!
What can I say ..., in spite of the competence of our public operators ...! I won't add anything else because I would never finish writing ...!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non amo scrivere recnsioni negative, però, non è possibile che il calendario online degli appuntamenti sia solo di sette/otto giorni lavorativi e che siano tutti occupati. In pratica NON SI RIESCE A PRENOTARE. Fra l'altro è un problema della maggior parte degli uffici del PRA. Sono riuscito a prenotare a Como (a 40 km) e c'era solo un'ora disponibile su otto giorni, evidentemente ho avuto anche fortuna. Peccato perhè due anni fa si riusciva a fare un trapasso più facilmente, magari facendo mezzora di coda, ma senza alti problemi. Non mi pare chi si stia migliorando.
