Il commesso oggi non stava chiacchierando all'entrata ma stava egregiamente spiegando, con professionalità e accuratezza, le caratteristiche di una casetta in resina riportando a terra le misure per capire le dimensioni. Trovo sgradevole leggere recensioni leggere, visto che nessuno ci ha interrotti, e sono sicuro che se un'altro cliente avesse chiesto informazioni le avrebbe ricevute con la professionalità che il negozio offre tutti i giorni.

Today the clerk was not chatting at the entrance but he was very well explaining, with professionalism and accuracy, the characteristics of a resin house by bringing down the measures to understand the dimensions. I find it unpleasant to read light reviews, since no one interrupted us, and I'm sure that if another customer had asked for information, he would have received it with the professionalism that the shop offers every day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabato pomeriggio, pochissimi clienti in negozio. Chiedo cortesemente per un commesso, per poter acquistare un barbecue. Attesa di quasi 10 minuti e nessuno che si va vivo. Alla fine ho fatto da solo, anche nel tirare giù il barbecue dallo scaffale.
Per la cronaca il commesso che avrebbe dovuto seguirmi era impegnato a chiacchierare nei pressi dell'entrata del negozio.
Saturday afternoon, very few customers in the shop. I kindly ask for a clerk, to be able to buy a barbecue. Almost 10 minutes wait and no one going alive. In the end I did it myself, even in pulling the barbecue off the shelf.
For the record, the clerk who was supposed to follow me was busy chatting near the entrance to the shop.
