★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place if you are looking for italian homestyle cooking. Especially fantastic were the homemade cavatelli. In between coarses you can even take a stroll down the path to the ancient Roman archaeological site of Saepinum. Keep in mind that this is not a fancy restaurant. A few of the times I have eaten here, I had very kind but inexperienced or inattentive waitstaff who were easily overwhelmed. So depending on how busy they are, you might need to be patient. However, I highly recommend making time and eating here! After all, were else can you eat great food and explore ancient wonders at the same time?
