Abbiamo cenato per due sere consecutive alla trattoria M&M, Massimo e Maria ci hanno fatto mangiare benissimo, tutti piatti tipici della zona, prodotti freschi del territorio, dall'agnello alla salsiccia, dalle verdure grigliate all'insalata del loro orto. Gli Arrosticini squisiti, fatti direttamente da Massimo, l'agnello cotto al punto giusto non aveva neanche quell'odore forte che lo contraddistingue, facendo ricredere anche a mia moglie che per la prima volta ha mangiato l'agnello. Nelle due sere ci hanno anche offerto le buonissime lenticchie della zona (Santo Stefano di Sessanio) e le paste di mandorle. Persone davvero cordiali e vere, ci hanno anche accompagnati a visitare le chiese del paese e raccontarci tradizioni religiose e folkloristiche del paese di Caporciano. Sono queste persone che rendono le vacanze indimenticabili. Grazie di tutto Fantastic dining experience and more. We had dinner for two consecutive nights at the M&M restaurant, Massimo and Maria made us eat very well, all typical dishes of the area, fresh local products, from lamb to sausage, from grilled vegetables to salad from their garden. The delicious Arrosticini, made directly by Massimo, the lamb cooked at the right point did not even have the strong smell that distinguishes it, also making my wife think that she ate the lamb for the first time. In the two evenings they also offered us the delicious lentils from the area (Santo Stefano di Sessanio) and the almond pastries. Really friendly and true people, they also accompanied us to visit the churches of the town and tell us about the religious and folkloristic traditions of the town of Caporciano. Il posto è accogliente, informale e piacevolmente casalingo. Prodotti freschissimi e di prima qualità .I proprietari sono seri e affidabili in quello che dicono e offrono a tavola: da cosa l'ho capito ? A mangiare c'erano 4 tavoli( 15 persone) e hanno dovuto rifiutatare( scusandosi tanto) 8 persone perché non sarebbero stati in grado di gestirle e offrire un buon servizio. Di agnello me ne intendo e vi assicuro che era veramente nostrano e cotto alla perfezione. Le verdure che mangi sono dell'orto che hai di fronte. Straconsigliato i maltagliati con zafferano, salsiccia e grana. Dimenticavo: Ci hanno accolti con una zuppa di lenticchie di santo Stefano di sessanio con bruschetta e hanno chiuso il servizio con i dolcetti delle feste. Il prezzo è ottimo. 57 euro per tre persone (3 coperti, vino,acqua,2 primi,2secondi,2 contorni, due caffè. Lenticchie e dolci offerti. Se passate di qui per recarvi a bominaco fermatevi ma attentione: conviene prenotare. Ps: hanno anche le chiavi delle chiese del paese e volontariamente ti accompagnano a visitarle. Very fresh and top quality products. The owners are serious and reliable in what they say and offer at the table: what did I understand? To eat there were 4 tables (15 people) and they had to refuse (apologizing very much) 8 people because they would not be able to manage them and offer good service. I know about lamb and I assure you that it was truly local and cooked to perfection. The vegetables you eat are from the garden in front of you. Straconsigliato the maltagliati with saffron, sausage and parmesan. I forgot: They welcomed us with a Santo Stefano di sessanio lentil soup with bruschetta and closed the service with the party sweets. The price is great. 57 euros for three people (3 place settings, wine, water, 2 first courses, 2 second courses, 2 side dishes, two coffees. Lentils and sweets offered. If you pass by here to go to bominaco, stop but be careful: it is advisable to book. Ps: they also have the keys to the churches in the town and voluntarily accompany you to visit them.

Simple but very tasty and rich flavors. Very efficient and courteous service. Prices were correct and appropriate. Good place for dinner.
